Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Administrator to manage client non-qualified benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, track, monitor, and maintain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, fund investments, and distributions
- Develop and maintain an understanding of day-to-day workflow processes for assigned client plans
- Serve as the initial escalation point for participant inquiries and ensure accuracy of plan recordkeeping and data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in a related position within the retirement services sector
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
