Job Summary
Non-Qualified Plan Administrator is a full-time remote position responsible for implementing, tracking, and maintaining client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, as well as facilitating daily transactional activities and serving as a liaison for participant inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, track, monitor, and maintain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts and distributions
- Develop and maintain an understanding of workflow processes for assigned client plans
- Act as the initial escalation point for participant inquiries and ensure accurate plan recordkeeping
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in a related position within the retirement services sector
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
