Non-Qualified Plan Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the administration of assigned non-qualified plans, the full-time remote NQ Plan Analyst will oversee plan integrity, evaluate client outcomes, and act as a key decision-maker for escalated issues while coordinating with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, ensuring accuracy in fund investments and distributions
• Drive resolution of escalated client and participant issues, balancing risk and compliance with client impact
• Facilitate daily transactional activities and coordinate with internal teams for effective service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in the retirement services sector
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with a focus on accuracy
• Familiarity with non-qualified deferred compensation plan structures and compliance requirements is preferred
