Non-Residential Incentive Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Incentive Program Manager, the full-time remote Non-Residential Incentive Analyst will assist in the onboarding, administration, and management of solar Incentive Programs, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new solar incentive programs and create operational requirement checklists
• Monitor program changes and assess their impact on operations and financials
• Support cross-functional collaboration and process improvements for the existing Incentive Program

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with renewable incentive programs preferred
• Experience reviewing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or similar contracts is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
