Key Responsibilities

• Manage all non-revenue bookings from creation to sailing, ensuring adherence to guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and delivering product information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent industry experience
• Basic knowledge of Geography
• Knowledge of Seaware Reservation System
• Travel industry experience preferred
• Prior experience in a relevant role is beneficial
