Non-Scientific Board Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliated Board Member I, (Non-Scientific).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies while executing core review activities of the Institutional Review Board
• Assist in the triaging and review of submissions for expedited or full board review and present protocol-related issues during meetings
• Consult with sponsors, investigators, and CROs on clinical and regulatory affairs and identify areas for improvement within the review process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• One (1) year of IRB or Clinical Research Industry experience preferred, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare within the last 6 years
• Master's Degree preferred
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) certification is a plus
