Non-Scientific Board Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliated Board Member I, (Non-Scientific).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies during the Institutional Review Board (IRB) review process
• Provide support and guidance to staff and board members on day-to-day challenges related to research submissions
• Attend board meetings and present protocol-related issues while identifying areas for improvement in the review process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• One year of IRB or Clinical Research Industry experience preferred, or a minimum of three years' experience in healthcare within the last six years
• Master's Degree preferred
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) certification is a plus
