Non-Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Technical Product Manager IV (Staff) for a remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational design and evolution of a points-based tiering framework
• Co-lead the rollout of the Benefits Marketplace, including operational processes for points redemption and benefit delivery
• Define rules and automation requirements for pricing and incentives

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in partner programs, GTM operations, or related fields, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
• Proven success in leading pricing, tiering, or loyalty frameworks
• Deep understanding of commercial models and their impact on partner satisfaction
• Experience with operational systems and tools like Salesforce and Gainsight
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
