Non-Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Non-Technical Product Manager IV will lead the operational design of a points-based tiering framework and co-execute the rollout of a Benefits Marketplace, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance partner experience and operational scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the operational design and evolution of the points-based tiering framework, ensuring fairness and auditability
• Co-lead the rollout of the Benefits Marketplace, defining rules for points redemption and eligibility
• Collaborate with data science and analytics to ensure transparency in point accrual and tier scoring logic

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in partner programs, GTM operations, or customer incentive operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
• Proven success in leading pricing, tiering, or loyalty frameworks using dynamic points systems
• Deep understanding of commercial models and their impact on partner satisfaction
• Hands-on experience with operational tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or PRM systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various organizational functions
