Non-Vehicle eCommerce Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Vehicle eCommerce Operations Analyst in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations including issue resolution and triage for eCommerce customers, dealers, and suppliers
• Lead fraud/chargeback monitoring, dealer enrollment, and communication with dealers
• Identify strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations
• 1+ years of experience managing customer and supplier relationships
• Master's Degree (preferred)
• Experience in eCommerce operational strategies and tactics, automotive industry experience, and data-driven mindset
