Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Nonprofit Bookkeeper for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support client monthly close process in Quickbooks Online
  • Perform various reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and payment platform reconciliations
  • Process payroll, A/P and A/R for clients, and prepare financial reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper in the nonprofit sector
  • Highly experienced with Google Sheets and Excel
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks Online and other software integration
  • Experience with restricted funding, complicated cost allocations, and grant allocations
  • Degree in accounting or related field, or 3 years of bookkeeping experience for a US nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization
