Nonprofit Community Associate

Job Summary

Supporting event planning and community engagement, the full-time Nonprofit Community Associate will manage logistics for Nonprofit Community events, facilitate communication within the community, and assist in project support, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event planning and delivery for Nonprofit Community events, including registration, logistics, and post-event feedback
• Manage online and offline community groups, fostering engagement and maintaining resources for members
• Assist in providing resources and support for existing Commons volunteer projects and Nonprofit Community teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in planning and coordinating large-scale events (100+ attendees)
• Experience in the nonprofit sector, with a passion for social impact and understanding of the NGO ecosystem
• Proficiency in Slack and event management tools, with strong organizational skills for remote work
• Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Community programs and related platforms
• Time zone flexibility to accommodate global events across various regions
