Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller with Non-Profit Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for a portfolio of nonprofit clients, including accounting, finance, team performance, and client consulting activities
• Act as a liaison between clients and audit firms, managing audit preparation and implementation of findings
• Engage with client leadership on financial strategies, monitor financial goals, and present analysis results at Board meetings

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, and financial management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports or project teams
• Prior experience in a non-profit organization is required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar
