Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller/Finance Director to provide financial and administrative support to philanthropic management clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, grant reports, and annual budgets
• Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Manage banking transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in nonprofit accounting
• Experience with client-facing roles in nonprofit or foundation settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bill.com, and QuickBooks
• Ability to perform data entry and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Commitment to quality client service and attention to detail
