Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Finance Leadership Consultant, the role involves providing fractional financial leadership to nonprofit organizations, assessing financial environments, and implementing strategies to enhance operational stability, all while working remotely from specific states.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed within client organizations to address immediate financial capacity gaps and develop strategic roadmaps
• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance and financial stability
• Co-create and implement financial strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting within nonprofit organizations
• At least 5 years of experience managing finance or accounting teams for fractional placements
• Proven ability to lead strategic conversations and facilitate collaborative decision-making
• Diverse experience with various financing models and operating conditions
• Comfort with technology and tools used in finance and project management
