Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nonprofit Financial Strategist to lead financial direction and oversee accounting operations for nonprofit clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting processes and provide financial forecasts and reports
• Review and improve finance processes and support audit processes
• Mentor bookkeepers and manage client onboarding and accounting projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in nonprofit financial management
• Proven experience with 990 preparation and nonprofit audits
• Advanced skills in QuickBooks and proficiency in accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple clients and their individual needs
• Experience providing financial support to organizations with annual revenues of $1 million - $5 million
