Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Channel to lead and scale its partner ecosystem across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the North America channel strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify, recruit, and enable high-impact VARs, SIs, and distribution partners
- Build and lead a team of Channel Account Managers and Channel Development Managers
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner leadership within cybersecurity or enterprise software
- 5+ years of experience leading North America channel teams with revenue responsibility
- Proven ability to scale VAR, MSSP, and distributor ecosystems in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of identity security, data security, and governance
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with field sales teams in a partner-first approach
