Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the North America Co-Sell team to execute the regional partner go-to-market strategy
  • Own revenue targets tied to partner-attached pipeline, bookings, and customer adoption
  • Drive comprehensive account mapping and collaborate with Sales leadership to embed partners into strategic planning
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, cloud alliances, or partner sales leadership
  • Proven success in leading co-sell organizations with direct people management responsibility
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and partner ecosystems
  • Experience building structured account mapping programs that generate measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational development skills
