Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the North America Co-Sell team to execute the regional partner go-to-market strategy
- Own revenue targets tied to partner-attached pipeline, bookings, and customer adoption
- Drive comprehensive account mapping and collaborate with Sales leadership to embed partners into strategic planning
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, cloud alliances, or partner sales leadership
- Proven success in leading co-sell organizations with direct people management responsibility
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and partner ecosystems
- Experience building structured account mapping programs that generate measurable outcomes
- Exceptional leadership and organizational development skills
