North America Export Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a North America Export Manager to lead the US Export program and ensure compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures for export activities
• Plan and implement trade system solutions to manage daily operations in compliance with local regulations
• Oversee export registrations, permits, and licenses, ensuring accuracy and quality control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least seven years of compliance export experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Global Trade Regulations, including EAR
• In-depth understanding of USMCA and TAA/BABA
• Detailed knowledge of global Due Diligence regulations
• Working knowledge of SAP/GTS
