Job Summary
To architect a groundbreaking go-to-market strategy, the full-time remote North America GTM Lead will define the ideal customer profile, manage full-cycle sales processes, and build relationships in key industry settings.
Key responsibilities
- Architect the playbook by defining the ideal customer profile and designing outreach sequences
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals
- Build relationships through in-person networking at conferences and industry events
Required qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in a high-growth Series A/B startup, ideally as a founding or early sales hire
- Demonstrated ability to build genuine relationships and trust over time
- Strong understanding of the modern AI stack and technical concepts
- A proactive "builder" mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Exceptional written communication skills across various platforms
