Job Summary
Leading a fully remote team of 6 to 8 recruiters, the North America Recruiting Manager will shape hiring strategies for go-to-market talent, partnering with GTM leaders to ensure scalable and inclusive recruitment practices.
Key responsibilities
- Translate GTM hiring priorities into role-level strategies and clear delivery plans
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, driving accountability and strong operating rhythms
- Advise hiring managers on role calibration and evaluation standards to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep experience hiring for GTM functions in a high-growth environment
- Strong working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting systems and standards
- Proficiency with Greenhouse and GoodTime
- A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to equitable hiring outcomes
