Job Summary
Driving revenue growth within large enterprise clients, the full-time North Carolina Account Executive will manage strategic relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction and expansion in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and their subsidiaries across North Carolina
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account health and retention while capturing new sales
- Conduct executive business reviews and initiate proactive renewal conversations to guarantee business continuity
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in the cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record of closing business within complex enterprise organizations with over 1,500 employees
- Three or more years of experience selling through a regional channel ecosystem
- Strong understanding of net new sales and customer renewal frameworks
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
