North Carolina Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead its accounting and finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including vendor invoices, payroll, and cash flow projections
• Oversee medical coding functions and monitor claims and revenue cycle management
• Prepare financial reports and support budget preparations and audits

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2-3 years in nonprofit accounting
• 4-year degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred
• Strong technical expertise in QuickBooks and advanced Excel
• Experience in financial analysis and grant reporting
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and self-directed work style
