• Manage a high-volume caseload focused on eviction, code enforcement, and small claims matters

Required Qualifications

• Active Bar Membership in North Carolina and South Carolina
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution
• 3-5 years of experience with eviction-related pleadings
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
