North Carolina and South Carolina Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for the National After-Hours Team, licensed in NC and SC, to work full-time remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic support and medical care to residents and facility staff after-hours
• Coordinate care using a telephonic platform, managing calls between facilities, hospitals, and clinics
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document encounters in the EMR, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active, unrestricted licensure in North Carolina and South Carolina; additional licenses in Florida and Georgia preferred
• Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner with a background in acute and chronic disease management
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure and prescriptive authority
