North Carolina Call Center Agent

Job Summary

Seeking dedicated individuals, the fully remote North Carolina Call Center Agent will engage in outbound calls for various non-profit clients, securing financial contributions while maintaining productivity metrics.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using predictive dialing equipment, averaging 16-24 completed calls per hour
• Communicate positively and enthusiastically with donors, following approved scripts
• Achieve minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while representing multiple clients

Required qualifications:

• One year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record
• Access to a dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet workspace free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment to charitable causes and a willingness to learn
