Job Summary
Seeking dedicated individuals, the fully remote North Carolina Call Center Agent will engage in outbound calls for various non-profit clients, securing financial contributions while maintaining productivity metrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using predictive dialing equipment, averaging 16-24 completed calls per hour
- Communicate positively and enthusiastically with donors, following approved scripts
- Achieve minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while representing multiple clients
Required qualifications:
- One year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record
- Access to a dedicated wired internet connection
- A quiet workspace free from interruptions
- Basic computer skills
