Job Summary

Supporting regulatory compliance within the Bank's real estate appraisal operations, the remote Senior Appraisal Review Officer will review commercial real estate appraisals, estimate net realizable values, and serve as an expert resource for appraisal policies and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review commercial real estate appraisals and property evaluations for quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Estimate net realizable values of real estate securing loans in default and facilitate daily appraisal operations
• Serve as an expert resource on real estate appraisal policies and provide training and guidance to associates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Real Estate Commercial Property appraising, or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of experience
• State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser certification
• Experience in appraisal review within a financial institution
• Knowledge of Real Estate Law and current banking regulations
