Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for the Patient Engagement Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect medical histories, monitor vital signs, and prepare patients for exams and procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and managing patient records
  • Handle prescription refills and ensure timely communication with patients regarding their care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program is strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Certification by AAMA, AMT, NHA-CCMA, NCMA, or ARMA is required
  • BLS certification is required
  • Experience requirements vary by level, with no experience needed for Level I and at least 1-3 years for Levels II and III
