North Carolina Certified Pharmacy Technician, this temporary full-time position involves supporting a Medication Therapy Management program remotely, focusing on member outreach, data verification, and coordination with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and document member and provider information in the MTM platform
• Contact members to explain MTM program benefits and schedule appointments
• Respond to inbound calls and coordinate communications with healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician license in the state of North Carolina
• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or call center environments
• Nationally accredited PTCB preferred
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and handling sensitive health information
