North Carolina Collection Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Account Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections activities
• Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
• Adhere to all applicable laws, including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPPA

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Ability to accurately enter and update data in company/client systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as needed
