Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Collection Support Specialist in North Carolina will perform various administrative tasks within the Collections Department, including preparing pay-off letters, sending itemized statements to debtors, and assisting Third Party Account Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare pay-off letters for banks and title companies
- Send itemized statements to debtors and assist with administrative tasks for Third Party Account Managers
- Provide input for errors and irregularities while supporting special projects as assigned
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree or post-high school courses preferred
- Previous administrative work experience in an office setting is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Applications, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong typing skills and previous customer service experience are helpful
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
