Job Summary
Managing the classification and compensation functions, the full-time remote North Carolina Compensation Manager will develop and implement compensation programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and advise on pay decisions while residing in North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of the compensation system to maintain equitable pay and monitor industry trends
- Collaborate with department leadership to create new job descriptions and manage job analysis for classification and salary levels
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and training for staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Four years of experience in Human Resources, including one year in a supervisory role
- Experience in creating and maintaining job descriptions and leading compensation studies
- Proficiency in managing complex data using Microsoft Excel
- HR Certification and experience as a Compensation Manager preferred
