Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager - Complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team overseeing compliance with Agency complaints and analyze internal processes related to complaint management
- Foster relationships with management to develop a compliance culture and assist business lines in compliance and risk mitigation
- Establish expectations for team performance, manage training and evaluations, and support the development of key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management, Banking, or related fields
- High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management, Banking, or related fields
- Experience in project management and transformational initiatives
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop partnerships with senior leadership
- Proficient in analyzing data and delivering insights to multiple levels of leadership
