Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager - Complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team overseeing compliance with Agency complaints and analyze internal processes related to complaint management
  • Foster relationships with management to develop a compliance culture and assist business lines in compliance and risk mitigation
  • Establish expectations for team performance, manage training and evaluations, and support the development of key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management, Banking, or related fields
  • High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management, Banking, or related fields
  • Experience in project management and transformational initiatives
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop partnerships with senior leadership
  • Proficient in analyzing data and delivering insights to multiple levels of leadership
