North Carolina Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To ensure compliance across a complex, multi-partner environment, the full-time NC ROOTS Regional Hub Compliance Manager will oversee all Hub activities, including sub-awards, contracts, program implementation, and financial practices, while working remotely from North Carolina.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance for Hub activities, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and organizational requirements
• Develop and implement a sub-award monitoring framework, including risk assessments and monitoring plans
• Provide compliance training and guidance to internal staff, sub-awardees, and partners

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree with three years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience in compliance or grants management
• Valid driver's license
• Residency in North Carolina
