Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general inquiries related to dog registration and provide information on registration policies
• Evaluate, research, and resolve registration issues independently while processing registration items as needed
• Provide information about the organization and assist customers in using the online registration for litters and dogs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina
• Direct wired internet connection with specified speed requirements is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must possess a pleasant telephone voice and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the registration system and related functions is essential
