Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Contact Center Representative to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general questions regarding dog registration and related policies
• Evaluate, research, and solve registration problems independently while processing registration items
• Provide information about the organization and assist customers with online registration for litters and dogs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina
• Direct wired connection to modem/router with specified internet speeds is required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must possess a pleasant telephone voice and a professional attitude under pressure
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the registration system and other functions
