Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Coordinator to manage and facilitate contract processes within a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and ensure compliance of contract requests and documents with regulations and organizational policies
  • Draft, issue, and track contracts, ensuring they are executed and filed appropriately
  • Maintain contractor data and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and state regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree with four years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a business or healthcare setting where contracts are extensively used
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in human services or business field
  • Preferred experience managing contracts for public funds in healthcare services
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
