North Carolina Contract Negotiator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Negotiator IV to drive provider and vendor partnerships through complex negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate vendor or provider contracts and manage implementations and ongoing relationships
• Perform market research and analysis as directed, and lead financial analyses for vendor and provider agreements
• Initiate and lead meetings with health plans and corporate teams to review agreement performance data and strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of vendor and/or provider contract negotiation experience in healthcare or a similar industry
• 2 - 4 years of experience executing hospital and health system contracts
• Experience negotiating contracts with successful outcomes and measurable financial results
• Candidates must reside in North Carolina and have the ability to come into the office twice a month
