Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and research routine member and/or provider inquiries to determine causes and initiate corrective actions
- Mitigate and prevent complaints from escalating by resolving issues during initial contact
- Provide support on various member or provider issues to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
- Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to prior work experience
- Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
