Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer service, the remote North Carolina Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, and ensure efficient communication with various teams while working full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing and new orders
- Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for case filing information as needed
- Assist with internal department queries and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
- Experience with document manipulation and the ability to transcribe information accurately
- Ability to maintain performance under stress and anticipate potential issues
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
