Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan regional education and training programs, ensuring alignment with state and federal requirements
- Develop and conduct training courses based on regional needs, varying in subject matter and duration
- Evaluate training programs and prepare reports documenting outcomes and instructional effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Two years of experience in the relevant occupational area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in developing and conducting training sessions with varying levels of content complexity
- Prior experience collaborating with state, local, and federal partners to identify training needs
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying federal and state regulations in training program design
