Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and healthcare accessibility
Manage escalation and resolution of DSS county-level concerns
Lead Member Advisory Committees and implement feedback for policy and process improvements

Required Qualifications

Experience working with North Carolina DSS and knowledge of the child welfare system
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in a related field
In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field is acceptable
