North Carolina DSS Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DSS Liaison, Region 6.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance community health care accessibility and quality
• Manage escalation and troubleshooting for county-level DSS concerns, ensuring resolution and follow-up
• Lead Member Advisory Committees to incorporate member feedback into policy and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with North Carolina DSS and knowledge of the state's child welfare system
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Understanding of community resources and local System of Care
• Ability to manage policies, procedures, and oversee projects effectively
• Experience collaborating with community organizations serving children and families
