North Carolina DSS Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DSS Liaison for Region 5.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community-focused initiatives to enhance member outreach and healthcare accessibility
• Manage escalation and resolution of county-level concerns related to DSS
• Lead Member Advisory Committees to ensure member feedback informs policy and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with North Carolina DSS and knowledge of the child welfare system
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to manage policies and procedures effectively
• Experience in community engagement and collaboration with organizations serving children and families
• Strong project management skills to ensure deliverables are met
