North Carolina DSS Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DSS Liaison for Region 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community-focused initiatives to enhance healthcare accessibility and quality
• Manage escalation and troubleshooting for county-level DSS concerns, ensuring proper resolution
• Lead Member Advisory Committees to incorporate member feedback into policy and process changes

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with North Carolina DSS and knowledge of the state's child welfare system
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of policies and procedures to enhance program efficiency
• Ability to analyze and understand target audiences and their program needs
• Experience in managing projects and ensuring deliverables are met
