North Carolina DSS Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DSS Liaison for Region 4.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community-focused initiatives to enhance healthcare accessibility and quality
• Manage escalation and troubleshooting for county-level DSS concerns, ensuring resolution and follow-up
• Lead Member Advisory Committees to incorporate member feedback into policy and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with North Carolina DSS and knowledge of the child welfare system
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to manage policies, procedures, and projects effectively
• Experience in community outreach and collaboration with organizations serving children and families
• Ability to analyze data and incorporate local insights into educational efforts
