Job Summary
Providing regional leadership for district improvement efforts, the full-time Remote Regional Improvement Director will manage strategic planning, coordinate support across districts, and enhance instructional leadership while ensuring alignment with statewide priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned districts, fostering collaborative partnerships with superintendents and leadership teams
- Lead regional strategic planning by adapting improvement strategies based on data-informed findings and district needs
- Monitor regional implementation through data analysis and progress monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement strategies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in education or special education with six years of public education experience, including three years in an administrative role, or a Doctoral degree with three years of public education experience, including two years in an administrative capacity
- Extensive knowledge of district turnaround, instructional leadership, and curriculum implementation
- Experience in data literacy and data-informed decision making for continuous improvement
- Proven ability to lead change management efforts and coordinate multi-layered support systems
- Strong skills in strategic planning and progress monitoring to enhance district outcomes
