North Carolina ELL Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ELL Compliance Coordinator to oversee the English Language Learner program.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning, evaluation, and delivery of the school's ELL program
• Provide training and mentoring support to teachers, staff, and learning coaches
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and District ELL policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid State Teaching Certificate and/or ESL or TESOL certification
• Knowledge of ELL diagnostic procedures and education of ELL students
• Experience maintaining state ELL forms
• Ability to adapt to change and handle pressure effectively
