Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support in employee relations, the full-time remote North Carolina Employee Relations Manager will manage disciplinary processes, performance management efforts, and policy development while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage employee disciplinary and grievance processes, conducting investigations and ensuring proper documentation
  • Lead performance management initiatives, monitoring progress and providing necessary HR communications and resources
  • Review and assist in policy development, ensuring compliance with updated laws and providing guidance to employees
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Four years of experience in Human Resources, including one year of supervisory leadership experience
  • Experience in coaching/discipline, grievance investigations, performance management, and policy development
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • HR certification preferred, such as PHR or SHRM CP
