Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPIC Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain role-based Epic training materials and curriculum
• Build and support MST training environments, including workflow validation and troubleshooting
• Facilitate and co-facilitate classroom and hands-on Epic training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic certifications in Resolute Hospital Billing and Resolute Professional Billing
• Minimum of 5 years of EHR/Health IT training experience
• 3 years of experience as an Epic Principal Trainer
• Experience in adult education, particularly in health information technology or healthcare revenue cycle applications
• Ability to develop and present engaging training programs effectively
